Theresa brings a full spectrum of personnel, business and communication management to Schipper Design+. Her team approach to managing people and projects empowers others to bring creative strategies while keeping projects moving smoothly and meeting deadlines. As Schipper Design’s Project Manager, Theresa oversees all aspects of company projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. She serves as the liaison between clients, the creative group and vendors; attending meetings, developing schedules and keeping projections within a timeline. Her management experience includes the planning and development of a 13-acre private school campus in Morgan Hill, CA. Theresa has enjoyed being a resident of San Benito County for 10 years, where she owned and operated a limousine transportation company for 6 years. She also enjoys writing journalistic news articles for local and national publications promoting San Benito County as a tourism destination.
